SANAME Refund Policy

At SANAME, we are committed to delivering premium, practitioner-grade functional food products of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict policies to ensure product safety, integrity, and compliance with food handling standards.

1. Food Safety & Returns Policy

As SANAME products are classified as functional foods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Opened or used products
  • Incorrect usage or preparation

This policy aligns with Australian food safety regulations, which prohibit the resale of returned ingestible goods once they have left our control.

 

2. Damaged or Faulty Products

We will provide a replacement or refund where a product is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Faulty or defective
  • Incorrect item received

To process a claim, customers must:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

Once verified, SANAME will arrange:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund (including shipping where applicable)

3. Quality Assurance Commitment

SANAME products are manufactured in a GMP-certified Australian facility under strict quality controls. If you believe a product does not meet our quality standards, please contact our support team for assessment.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened sachets or pouches
  • Products not stored according to guidelines
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (must be returned to the original point of purchase)

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
