The Average Daily Protein Requirement for an everyday Human is ~65g Nutritional Protein (Not 65g of Meat Protein), that's 24,000g (24kg) of Nutritional Protein a Year for your Human body to simply function effectively & efficiently.
It's very common for people who are lethargic or tired all the time to simply not be consuming enough Protein in their daily dietary lifestyle. This is very common if you skip breaky/meals, don't eat regularly, don't eat meat everyday or suffer from carb comas - you will simply run out of puff & get increase adrenal fatigue & your cortisol levels.
Your Brain & Nervous system consume a lot of energy just processing all of the stimuli the we are exposed to everyday & it's really important to be feeding it the right stuff to keep all systems running effectively & not comprise your immunity, general health & wellbeing.
