Add 1 scoop of SANAME® Bone Broth to (360-500ml) of hot water

Add 1 scoop of SANAME® Bone Broth to (360ml) of hot water. Add 1 cup of mixed preferred sautéed, steamed or microwaved vegetables (or simmer all together in saucepan on low for a few minutes until vegetables are cooked to your liking).

  • Proteins: Al dente your Protein then mix 1 scoop and simmer until sauce has reduced a little
  • Vegetables: Carrots, celery, mushrooms, leeks, spinach, and zucchini.
  • Salad / Vegetable Sprinkle Toppings - Simply sprinkle / toss through hot vegetables / cold salad to elevate flavours
  • Savoury Hommus Flavours - Add 1 scoop of SANAME® Bone Broth directly to Hommus and stir through return to fridge if not consuming straight away (great with carrot/celery sticks or crackers/mini breadsticks etc)

Add 1 scoop of SANAME® Bone Broth to (500ml) of hot water. Add 1 cup of mixed preferred sautéed, steamed or microwaved vegetables, ¼ cup cooked noodles, pasta, rice (vermicelli is great!), 50g meat (1 scoop) sliced really thinly (or simmer all together in saucepan on low for a few minutes until vegetables are cooked to your liking).

  • 1/2 cup zucchini, julienned
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of carrot, ,julienned
  • 1 tbsp sesame or olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 serving shirataki noodles or glass noodles (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
