Many of these ingredients are sourced from your Local Aldi shop. They have some really good quality igredients and dont contain alot of the nasties and unecessary additives that many of the other shops have.
You can ofcourse get the individual ingredients from your local health food grocer as well, it all comes down to time and $$ and your priorities...
