White Miso Chicken & Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:

• 100g chicken breast, sliced
• 1 scoop (24g) SANAME White Miso P360™ Bone Broth
• 1 cup mixed vegetables (cabbage, mushrooms, scallions, garlic, ginger)
• 2 cups water
• 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

1. In a pot, heat 2 cups of water and mix in SANAME Bone Broth.
2. Add garlic, ginger, and mixed vegetables, simmering for 7 minutes.
3. Add chicken breast and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Stir in sesame oil and serve hot.

Ingredients

300 g Chicken breast or thigh

½ Onion 

2 cloves Garlic 

Red & green bell peppers

A few pineapple chunks

1 tbsp Vegetable oil 

Oil for frying

Marinade and Coating

1 cup Corn starch

1 Egg white

1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

2 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Sesame Oil

¼ tsp White pepper

1 tsp Garlic paste/grated

Sweet and sour sauce

2 tbsp White vinegar 

4 tbsp Brown sugar or honey

½ cup Chicken stock Or water 

3 tbsp Tomato ketchup

2 tsp Tomato puree

2 tbsp Pineapple or lemon juice

¼ tsp Corn starch

1 tsp Salt

Instructions 

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, and garlic paste. 

Add egg white to the chicken, mix well, and coat in cornstarch, make the pieces are separated. Shake off excess flour.

Deep fry chicken for 4-5 minutes until crispy golden.

In a wok, stir fry garlic, then add onion and bell peppers for a minute.

Pour in the sweet and sour sauce, cook until slightly thickened, then add pineapple and fried chicken. Toss to combine.

Serve hot with plain rice, egg-fried rice, or noodles.
