这是一个我小时候就吃过的老食谱。它非常简单，孩子们会喜欢帮忙的！（它属于“淘气但美味”——每年吃不超过 3 次的特殊甜点）
1 包 雅乐思 摩卡饼干
柠檬椰子馅
125克（1/2块）融化的植物油
395毫升（1罐）炼乳
2杯椰蓉
1个大柠檬或2个小柠檬的汁（取决于你喜欢多酸的柠檬味）
一个柠檬的皮，磨碎
柠檬糖霜
50克融化的植物油
1 1/2杯糖粉，过筛
1汤匙柠檬汁
1/2茶匙香草精
3-4汤匙热水
最后放入冰箱前，在切片顶部撒上肉桂粉
在一个小的雷明顿/切片烤盘中铺上烘焙纸。（理想尺寸为20厘米 x 20厘米）
在切片烤盘上铺一层饼干。（将饼干分成两半，一半铺在底部，一半铺在顶部，如果数量不均，就把多余的吃掉，不留痕迹……哈哈哈）正面朝上放置！！
将炼乳、椰子、柠檬汁和柠檬皮放入碗中。
加入融化的植物油，搅拌均匀。
将混合物铺在饼干底部，然后铺上另一层饼干。
*注意 - 1英寸厚度是理想的！！！（1.5厘米的椰子馅混合物/食指的厚度）。
将糖粉、柠檬汁和香草精放入一个小碗中。
加入融化的植物油，搅拌均匀。
加入足够的水，使糖霜变稀，达到可涂抹的稠度。将糖霜铺在切片顶部，撒上肉桂粉，如果你喜欢更浓郁的椰子味，可以再撒上一些椰蓉
放入冰箱冷藏一小时，然后切成方块，放入密封容器中冷藏。（为了方便，切成与饼干相同大小的方块）
享用吧！！！最好搭配一杯热咖啡或茶……不要吃得太快，因为它有点甜。
