Add 1 scoop of SANAME® Bone Broth to (360-500ml) of hot water

Add 1 scoop of SANAME® Bone Broth to (360ml) of hot water. Add 1 cup of mixed preferred sautéed, steamed or microwaved vegetables (or simmer all together in saucepan on low for a few minutes until vegetables are cooked to your liking).

• Proteins: Al dente your Protein then mix 1 scoop and simmer until sauce has reduced a little

Ingredients:

• 2 cups hot water
• 100g shredded beef or chicken
• 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
• 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley
• 1 serving cooked egg noodles or shirataki noodles (low-carb option)
  

Instructions:

1. Dissolve SANAME P360™ SUPERBONE Bone Broth in hot water.
   
2. Add shredded beef or chicken, carrots, and mushrooms.
   
3. Stir in cooked noodles and let the flavours infuse for 1 minute.

2. Stir-Fried Chicken & Vegetables with
SANAME® Bone Broth

Ingredients:

• 1 x 24g scoop SANAME® P360® Multi-Collagen Bone Broth
• 100g chicken breast, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
• 1/2 cup zucchini, julienned
• 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1/4 cup of carrot, ,julienned
• 1 tbsp sesame or olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 serving shirataki noodles or glass noodles (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
   
2. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
   
3. Add garlic, carrot, bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms, cooking for another 2 minutes.
   
4. Remove from heat and sprinkle SANAME P360™ SUPERBONE Bone Broth powder over the dish.
   
5. Toss well and serve immediately with noodles or as is for a protein-packed, umami-rich meal!
