OPTION A - MAKE IT FRESH NOW
Step 1 - Choose your SANAME Collagen Infused Bone Broth Flavour
Step 2 - In a Saucepan - Toss & Sear 80g of meat with 1tsp of salted butter / ghee until lightly browned (Chicken/Duck/Beef/Lamb/Prawn/Fish/Seafood)
Step 3 - Half Fill your desired Lunch/Dinner Bowl with whatever Vegies / Pasta / Noodles you want then put in a saucepan with 1/2cup-1 cup of water & Bring to Boil
Step 4 - Once Boiled and vegies are par cooked (still a little crunchy) remove from heat - ADD 1 SCOOP OR 1 x 24G SANAME MULTI-COLLAGEN INFUSED BONE BROTH
STEP 5 - Garnish with Fresh Spring Onions / Parsley / Coriander & let rest for 2 mins with lid on then transfer to bowl and SIP, SLURP, SAVOUR & SANAME
OPTION B - WEEKLY MEAL PREP MADE SIMPLE & EASY
The idea is simple and genius: Combine par-cooked noodles, some raw sliced veggies, 1 cooked chicken tenderloin sliced or 80g sliced beef/lamb/chicken / 2 peeled large prawns etc.. plus some scallions (spring onion) sliced, Coriander and parsley etc inside a jar. Put Vegies in the bottom, then meat, then par cooked noodles, then spring onion, coriander & parsley on the top and then seal them up and leave in them in the fridge.
When you are ready to consume you simply Boil the Kettle add 1 scoop of your favourite SANAME Collagen Infused Bone Broth to the jar & add desired water and let it rest for 2 mins the remove lid and enjoy,

Add boiling water, wait a few minutes, and you've got yourself a yummy lunch or dinner with all the appeal of instant noodles, but with actual flavour and freshness trapped under that lid.
Step 1 - In a Saucepan - Toss/Sear & Cook through 500g of meat with 1tblspoon of salted butter / ghee until lightly browned or extra virgin olive oil, lightly salt & pepper if you want as well (Chicken/Duck/Beef/Lamb/Prawn/Fish/Seafood)
Step 2 - Half Fill your GLASS mason jar / pyrex bowl container with your FAVOURITE desired Chopped/Diced/Julienned Vegies
Step 3 - Divide cooked meat into 6 portions and put on top of Raw Vegies
Step 4 - Par-Cook enough Pasta / Noodles for 6 dishes (ideally you will put 2 x SANAME scoops of COOKED Pasta/Noodles per serving on top of your Cooked Meat & Raw vegies in the glass containers.
Step 4 - Top with freshly chopped Spring Onions / Parsley / Coriander, Seal and keep in fridge for 3-5days
