BEEF BRISKET SOUP
(Makes 12-18 Serves)

This is one of my 2 - BASIC MEAT SOUP BASES - (chicken one very similar)
Soup Base Ingredients:
- MEAT - 4 x Beef / Pulled Brisket: 500g (Aldi have a ready made one that cuts an hr prep
- OR... You can make it from scratch if you prefer

MEAT - 2kg beef roast - cut it in half & roast it on 180 degrees for 40mins, then dice/cube or shred if you like that shredded meat feel then let it marinate in the baking tray with the following 3 sauces whilst you cut up and cook vegies and rest of the soup etc)
- Worcestershire sauce: 6-8 good splashes
- Mushroom Dark Soy Sauce: 4-6 good splashes

Oyster sauce: 4 tbspns
- Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes: 4 large, peeled and diced/cubed
- Onion: 1 large, finely chopped
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced (2tsps of minced if not fresh)
- Ginger: 1-2 cms finely chopped (2tsps of minced if not fresh)
- Celery: 1 stalk, chopped
- Carrots: 2 Large, chopped
- Frozen Garden Peas: 500g
- Butter: 4 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour: 6 tablespoons (or 3tbsp tapioca starch)
- WATER + Broth: 2.5Litres water + 2 scoops of SANAME SUPERBONE Bone Broth
- Heavy cream: 1 cup (optional - or whole milk for a lighter option)
- Salt and black pepper: To taste
- Fresh spring onions/chives/parsley/coriander: For garnish & extra flavour (don't cook throw in raw)
Cooking Instructions:
- Add MEAT - Roast in the oven @180 for 30mins / Aldi pre-made - follow instructions (dice/cube/pull apart)
- Brown off butter/onion/garlic/ginger in the large pan (casserole pan)
- Add 1.5Ltrs HOT Water & Butter
- Add Potatoes / Celery / Carrots: Peel & Cube/Dice however you want (I prefer 0.5cm slices/discs) and often throw the celery in at the end uncooked to give it a fresh crunch - others prefer the celery to provide flavour and be almost disintegrated)
- BRING TO BOIL & Let simmer till potatoes / carrots are starting to go tender (dont let them go soft) about 20-30mins
- Turn off HEAT & ADD 2 scoops of SANAME SUPERBONE Bone Broth & let it sit for 3mins covered
- Add Heavy Double Cream, Flour/Starch to slightly thicken & adjust to your tastebuds
- Add Frozen Peas
- Fresh spring onions/chives/parsley/coriander: For garnish & extra flavour (don't cook throw in raw)
- Salt and black pepper: To refine taste if required

Re-Heat & Mix it Up into dozens of different dishes....

Step 1 - Half Fill your Bowl with Whatever Vegies / Pasta / Noodles / Ravioli etc you want to add to the BEEF BRSIKET SOUP BASE then put ALL in a saucepan with 1/2cup-1 cup of water & Bring to Boil, let simmer till CARBS are cooked to your liking.
Step 2 - Once Boiled and nearly cooked remove from heat - ADD 1 SCOOP OR 1 x 24G SANAME MULTI-COLLAGEN INFUSED BONE BROTH & let rest for 2 mins then transfer to bowl and SIP, SLURP, SAVOUR & SANAME
