SANAME - Fried Egg & Tomato with Tuna infused with Tom Yum P360 Collagen BoneBroth
A perfect dose of OMEGAS in a Rich High Protein Low Carb Breaky or Dinner

1 large tomato
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 80g tuna in brine (small tin)
- parsley, chopped, to serve
- 1 scoop of SANAME Tom Yum P360 Collagen BoneBroth in 1 scoop of warm water
- salt & cracked pepper
* (can also use SANAME P360 Unflavoured Collagen, SUPERBONE, Vietnamese Pho or Red/White Miso BoneBroths to give a different flavour)
* You can also swap the Tuna out for Chicken , Bacon or Ham
Instructions
1.Peel the tomato and chop into cubes.
2.Heat the oil in a small frying pan, add the chopped tomato and fry over high heat for about 3 minutes, add SANAME mixture and simmer for a moment & stir through. (If using Bacon, Chicken on Ham push tomato mixture to the side of the pan & fry it off meat until cooked)
3.Create 2 gaps in the tomato mixture and break the eggs into them. Season with salt and pepper.
4.Arrange pieces of tuna on top. Then sprinkle with dried oregano and optionally chili flakes.
5.Fry for a further 3 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve with fresh parsley.
