SANAME - Left Over Roast Chicken, Vegie & Rice infused with Tom Yum P360 Collagen BoneBroth

A Yummy Tummy-Warming High Protein Low Carb Leftover Dish that tastes amazing.

Makes variable # of serves *depends how many leftovers you have
(recipe below based on 1 serve)

Leftover Roast Chicken, Vegies & Rice

  • 2 cups of cooked leftover Roast Vegies
  • 1 scoop of leftover cooked Roast chicken or other meat shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked leftover Rice
  • 1/2 cup of hot water
  • 1 scoop of SANAME Tom Yum P360 Collagen BoneBroth 
  • salt & cracked pepper
* (can also use SANAME P360 Unflavoured Collagen, SUPERBONE, Vietnamese Pho or Red/White Miso BoneBroths to give a different flavour)


Instructions

 

  1. Put Leftover Vegies, Rice and Chicken *(or other meat) into pan on medium heat
  2. Empty 1 x 24g Single Serve of SANAME Tom Yum P360 Collagen BoneBroth or 1 scoop if you have purchased larger pouches into 1/2 cup of hot water and stir to make stock base
  3. Add stock to pan and simmer for 5mins until cooked through and all warmed up
  4. Remove from pan into bowl and enjoy
