SANAME - Left Over Roast Chicken, Vegie & Rice infused with Tom Yum P360 Collagen BoneBroth
A Yummy Tummy-Warming High Protein Low Carb Leftover Dish that tastes amazing.
Makes variable # of serves *depends how many leftovers you have
(recipe below based on 1 serve)
Leftover Roast Chicken, Vegies & Rice
- 2 cups of cooked leftover Roast Vegies
- 1 scoop of leftover cooked Roast chicken or other meat shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked leftover Rice
- 1/2 cup of hot water
- 1 scoop of SANAME Tom Yum P360 Collagen BoneBroth
- salt & cracked pepper
Instructions
- Put Leftover Vegies, Rice and Chicken *(or other meat) into pan on medium heat
- Empty 1 x 24g Single Serve of SANAME Tom Yum P360 Collagen BoneBroth or 1 scoop if you have purchased larger pouches into 1/2 cup of hot water and stir to make stock base
- Add stock to pan and simmer for 5mins until cooked through and all warmed up
- Remove from pan into bowl and enjoy
