½ cup (125ml) coconut water or water
- ½ cup (125ml) almond milk or preferred milk of your choice
- 1 scoop SANAME Vanilla P360 Collagen Protein Powder
- ½ cup (50g) frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- Optional extras:
- ½ cup of strawberries or ½ a banana or ½ a pear
- 1 SANAME scoop of toasted muesli or granola
1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and serve.
*Add 2-3 ice cubes if using fresh fruit instead of frozen fruit or if you would like your smoothie to be extra cold
