SANAME Waldorf Chicken & Bacon Salad infused with Miso Ramen P360 Collagen BoneBroth

A creamy chicken salad that can be enjoyed either HOT or COLD

Serves 2
(You can also use Pork, Beef or Lamb Turkey or other meat or Tofu as substitute for chicken, Bacon and a Boiled Egg can also be added to this salad if preferred)

  • 100g chicken, cooked, shredded or chopped
  • 1 strip of bacon or 2 x shortcut pieces of bacon cooked & diced 
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled, deseeded, chopped
  • ¼ cup (40g) raisins
  • ¼ cup (30g) walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. natural low fat yogurt
  • 1 x scoop of SANAME Miso Ramen P360 BoneBroth
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 90g mixed salad leaves (2 handfuls)

* (can also use SANAME P360 Unflavoured Collagen, SUPERBONE, Tom Yum or Red/White Miso BoneBroths to give this dish a different flavour)


 

Instructions

1.Place the chicken, chopped celery and apple, raisins, and walnuts in a bowl. Add in the mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and mix well.

2.Divide the salad leaves between bowls and top with the filling. Serve with freshly ground black pepper.

*If you wish to have this as a warm salad then simmer everything but the Salad Leaves for a few minutes before serving, may wish to add a little dash of water in to simmer.
