SANAME - Grilled Chicken Pineapple Mint Salad infused with Vietnamese Pho P360 Collagen BoneBroth
A Fresh Flavour Punched High Protein Low Carb Salad
Serves 2
(You can also use Pork, Beef or Lamb Turkey or other meat or Tofu as substitute for chicken, Bacon and a Boiled Egg can also be added to this salad if preferred)
- 200g chicken breast thinly sliced
- 4 slices pineapple, canned
- 2 handfuls salad leaves
- ⅓ cup (10g) mint leaves
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 1 scoop of SANAME Vietnamese Pho Flavoured BoneBroth with 1 scoop of Warm Water
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp. honey
- tabasco, optional
Instructions
1.Thinly slice up chicken breasts and baste in SANAME BoneBroth Mixture to marinate for a couple of minutes
2.Mix the ingredients of the dressing in a salad bowl, season with salt. Add in the spinach and mint leaves and let it rest.
3. Cut up Pineapple into small pieces and set aside
4.Pour chicken Slithers mixture & onion on a hot grill pan and sear, season with salt & black pepper. Add chopped pineapple and simmer on low for a couple of minutes until cooked through
5.Add the chicken to the salad mix before serving.
(If you like your chicken breasts chunky then you can slice or dice them however you want)
