INSTRUCTIONS :

2 x SANAME A DAY  (1 x Collagen Brew + 1 x Savoury BoneBroth Daily) plus....
+ 1.5Litres of Water 
+ 1 x Clean Main Meal
+ 1 x SANAME scoop of mixed nuts

* Start the day off with a Collagen Brew for Breaky (gives you the equivalent protein kick of ~2 chicken tenderloins to kickstart your metabolism nice & early in the day

* Ensure you are having at least 1.5 Litres of Water a day for Detoxing

* Clean Main Meal  example (100g Meat + 2 cups of Vegies or Salad + optional 1/2 cup (2 x SANAME Scoops) Cooked Carbs (may include carbs such as Rice/Pasta/Noodles or 1 slice of bread)

* ~100g Meat examples - 2 x chicken tenderloins, 2 x lamb loin chops, 2 x level SANAME scoops of Mince or Diced Meat

* 1 x SANAME scoop included in initial order
